Withdraw From Contract
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673, you are entitled to cancel your online purchase easily. This is often called “withdraw from contract”.
Your cancellation terms:
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit this form.
- You do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation.
- Custom-made (bespoke) items are exempt. This includes the following product categories: Fine Art Prints, Puzzles, and Custom Made Art. These are printed for each order, stock is not held.
- Customised items are exempt (e.g books that include a custom dedication).
Our return process:
- Complete all the form fields below.
- Wait for our team to review your submission manually.
- Receive your return instructions by email.
- Do not post your items back to us before you receive our reply.
