Biofuel Farm is a collection of old cars. They are the grounds of a seemingly abandoned farm in Belgium. The stories diverge in their opinions of whether this place is truly abandoned or not. It may be that the grounds of the house are used to store cars and car parts. Maybe by a collector or mechanic. Additionally, there are tales of watchful people nearby who do not take kindly to trespassers. Perhaps this corroborates the story of a living owner.
We visited early on a winter morning in 2017, as the location lay conveniently placed near the start of our route. A perfect opportunity to take some quick photos to start off the day. We were aware there are also cars inside the adjacent greenhouse, but time did not permit us to venture inside today. Perhaps I will return one day, when the tree is full of beautiful green leaves, but on this occasion, I was happy with my small collection of photographs.
The tree-engulfed car was not quite as beautiful as Lingnum Beetlum, A stunning blue VW Beetle with a tree growing out of it, which is (?was) in France.
The main feature of interest here is an old American-style pickup truck. There is a large tree growing out of the front grill. Some best guesses suggest this may be a Ford truck, or something very similar.
Biofuel Farm is quite an old location. Almost every “urbex” photographer who has been in the game for a few years has been here. Still, it is nice to visit and appreciate the classics
