First website updates and optimisation
The site has been live a couple of weeks now, and I’m pleased to announce that nothing has fallen apart yet!
Been tinkering under the hood so hopefully the site will load a little faster, and the new navigation menus should make things easier to get around.
Main changes are;
- Galleries now have a Country tag (complete with a little flag icon 🙂 ).
- New menu with filters on “Location Gallery”. Slightly faster than the old one, and you can now sort galleries by Location or Country.
- New social media icons in footer, bit quicker to load.
- Browse by Category or Country from quick links in the footer.
- Slight optimisations to front page, should load a little better on mobile phones.
- Site-wide optimisations to hopefully make things a little faster.
