Expédition Antarctique 1966 are a collection of snowmobiles that were used in 3rd Belgo-Dutch scientific expedition to Antarctica in 1966.
Chapelle Des Mineurs was built in the mid-1930's and featuring unique Art Deco triangular windows. Photos from 2016 and 2018 show decline into decay.
The Hotel Silver Swan is an abandoned hotel, lost in the snowy Austrian Alps. The banquet hall has an exquisitely carved wooden ceiling.
War Planes are a small collection of ex-military aircraft, laying in a seldom-used corner of a French airfield.
Red Messiah is a disused 18th Century church, tucked away in a secluded mountainous area of Austria. The interior has a very striking Gothic style.
Radio Marie José was a former medium wave radio broadcasting station in Belgium. It was owned by a large radio and television broadcasting network.
Beelitz Heilstätten was a sanatorium/hospital in Germany. Patients suffering from lung diseases, recuperated here in the fresh air of the pine forests.
Villa Germaine is a moderately sized Belgian house. The living room is painted rich emerald green and is connected to the dining room by an archway.
Lady in Red is a disused French power plant. The control room features two crescent-shaped red control panels, and a red/orange/yellow central console.
HFB is a former iron and steel works in Belgium. This central piece of this rusting labyrinth of twisted metal is Blast Furnace No 6.
The Crown Courts are traditional English courtrooms, dating back to the Victorian Era. There are several courtrooms and holding cells in the basement.
Chateau Banana is an abandoned chateau in France, featuring some very kitschy and eclectic furniture.
Alla Italia is an abandoned thermal spa in Belgium. The decor is inspired by French Neo-Renaissance and Italian architecture.
Lying forgotten in an affluent French suburb, a beautiful piano sits in an alcove beneath a sweeping stone staircase inside Chateau Verdure.
The Royalty Cinema was opened in the 1930s. Grand and lavish Art Deco auditoriums were constructed in Britain at this time.
The Orangery Ruins are a fine example of Georgian architecture. The ruins are part of a large woodland Estate in northern England.
The beautiful Casino Royale was built in the early 20th Century. Its dramatic sea-shell shaped window and chandeliers are breathtaking to behold.
Tucked away in an unassuming back road of a Bulgarian town, sits a rusting Steampunk Steamroller. Sprinkled with fresh snow when I visited!
